Terms of Service

Last updated: April 25, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of RocketClip. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service scope

RocketClip is a SaaS product used to create, edit, export, and publish social slideshow drafts.

Some features may be beta, limited, or plan-gated.

2. User account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for actions performed through your account, except where caused by a RocketClip security fault.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law, third-party rights, and connected platform rules.

Prohibited behavior includes fraud, unauthorized access attempts, abusive scraping, unlawful content distribution, circumvention of technical safeguards, and automated or non-human traffic beyond reasonable use.

4. Content and rights

You retain ownership of your content and represent that you hold required rights to use it.

You grant RocketClip a strictly necessary license to operate the service technically (store, process, render, export, and publish drafts on your instruction).

5. AI outputs and suggestions

The service may generate text, hashtags, and content variations. Outputs are assistive and should be reviewed before publication.

RocketClip does not guarantee marketing performance, editorial compliance, or absolute error-free outputs.

6. Third-party integrations

Integrations (including TikTok) are subject to third-party terms and platform policies.

Integration availability may change without notice due to API, policy, or external platform constraints.

7. Plans and billing

Paid features are available according to the active plan and associated limits.

If pricing or billing terms change, RocketClip will notify affected users through reasonable channels.

8. Availability and maintenance

RocketClip targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Downtime may occur for maintenance, security actions, technical incidents, or third-party provider constraints.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RocketClip is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, data loss, or reputational harm arising from service use.

RocketClip's aggregate liability is limited to amounts actually paid for the service during the previous 12 months.

10. Suspension and termination

RocketClip may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms or clearly abusive behavior.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or product changes.

Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
